Alan is the founder of iTrain & Consult. He’s a distinguished commercial lawyer with 25+ years of experience across Australia and international jurisdictions. He advises national and multinational companies on complex corporate, commercial, and international business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions.

Beyond law, Alan is a serial entrepreneur in professional services, real estate, construction building supplies, education, and FMCG industries. He built ALN Legal from a start-up law firm in Sydney to being later acquired by a national law firm, setting a benchmark for growth. He was the director of an Australian lighting company, manufacturing in China and distributing in the UAE.

As a keynote speaker and corporate trainer, Alan has delivered engaging sessions since 2017. He has developed and facilitated courses on Contract Law for Non-Lawyers, Performance Management, Business Strategy, and Corporate Management, training professionals in leading Australian, international companies and Australian government organisations.
